Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

If you have recently placed an order with us and find yourself in a position where you need to make some changes, please don't hesitate to reach out. We will be able to check the status of your order and see if it has been processed or if production has already commenced.

While we cannot provide a guarantee that changes can be accommodated, we will make every effort to assist you with your request. It's important to note that for made-to-measure or cut-to-size matting, modifications may not be feasible once the order is in production.
