When will I receive my order?

Our estimated dispatch and delivery times are as follows:

For plain standard sized mats, we estimate dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery can taken up to an additional 5 business days.

For PVC backed coir, printed coir matting, cut to size synthetic and needle punch matting, engraved mats, we estimate dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery can taken up to an additional 5 business days.

For our traditional hand stitched coir matting, we estimate dispatch within 7 to 21 business days. We aim to dispatch them within two weeks, however during busy periods this can span to 21 business days. Delivery can taken up to an additional 5 business days.
