My payment method isn't working or is being declined. Can you help?
If your payment is being declined, please try the following steps:

Check that your billing postcode matches the one registered with your card.

Contact your card provider, as they sometimes block transactions for security reasons.

Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.

Providing our bank details for a BACS payment,

Arranging payment over the phone (we use a different card provider for phone payments), or

Sending you a PayPal invoice.
