My payment method isn't working or is being declined. Can you help?

If your payment is being declined, please try the following steps:

  • Check that your billing postcode matches the one registered with your card.

  • Contact your card provider, as they sometimes block transactions for security reasons.

  • Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please get in touch with us. We can assist by:

  • Providing our bank details for a BACS payment,

  • Arranging payment over the phone (we use a different card provider for phone payments), or

  • Sending you a PayPal invoice.
