What happens if I order multiple types of matting?
If you order multiple types of matting in a single order, we will dispatch the entire order only once all items are ready. For example, if you order a standard-sized coir mat alongside a traditional hand-stitched coir mat, both will be sent together when the hand-stitched mat is ready.
If you require one item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. This allows the standard-sized mat to be delivered promptly without waiting for the other items, ensuring faster delivery for those you need sooner.
