My delivery hasn't arrived yet - what should I do?

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information included in your dispatch email. Sometimes couriers experience delays, so we recommend allowing up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) for deliveries to Mainland UK, and up to 7 business days for Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after these periods, or if you’re unsure about the status, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and keep you updated until your order is safely delivered.
