My tracking shows the item is delivered, but I haven't received it - what should I do?

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbours – Parcels are sometimes left with neighbours or in a safe place nearby.

  2. Inspect your delivery location – Look around your property, including porches, bins, sheds, or side entrances, in case the parcel was left in an unexpected spot.

  3. Contact the courier – Use your tracking details to reach out to the courier directly. They may be able to provide a delivery photo or GPS scan of the drop-off location.

  4. Get in touch with us – If you’re still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us. We’ll investigate and work with the courier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
