The vast majority of our doormats are rolled for shipping, which ensures safe, compact, and efficient delivery. If you’ve ordered multiple mats, they may be rolled inside one another for convenience.
For mats that cannot be rolled - such as particularly thick or rigid styles - we will ship them flat to maintain their shape and structure.
Depending on the size, we use either postal bags or cardboard packaging. Please note that we often reuse cardboard boxes from other products to help reduce waste, so don’t worry if your parcel arrives in packaging with different branding — your mat is inside and packed with care.
