I've accidentally ordered in the wrong measurement unit - how do I fix this?

If you’ve realised that you placed your order using the wrong unit of measurement (e.g. centimetres or inches), please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend the order before it goes into production.

If a price adjustment is needed, any additional payment can be made securely over the phone by credit/debit card, via BACs transfer, or through a PayPal invoice.

If we suspect an error in the units you've used, we’ll do our best to get in touch before processing your order. However, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure measurements are entered correctly, and we are unable to offer refunds for orders placed with the wrong unit of measurement.
