What is the returns policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised doormats. This includes any mats that have been cut to size, made to measure, or customised in any way. Returns for customised products will only be considered if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in size.

We do accept returns on standard sized mats within 14 days of receipt. To return an item, please contact us within 14 days to notify us of your intention. Once we receive your return request, you will have another 14 days to send the item back to us. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return so you can confirm it has been delivered to us safely.

Be sure to include a note with your contact details inside the returned package. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund accordingly.
